If i had to eliminate 3 of the amendments i would eliminate #5 because if you do the same crime twice you should be punished every time. I would also eliminate #2 because i dont think people should be allowed to carry weapons or guns unless you are a police or it is for your job. Also i would eliminate the 8th amendment because if you go to jail it is your fault and you shouldnt get to go out until your time is up.
